About the Presenters:

Eva Aloia has worked with more than 300 printing and bindery companies to help them comply with EPA and OSHA requirements. She has provided representation to companies during OSHA inspections, and OSHA’s informal conferences with much success. Companies have utilized her services that include IEPA air permit filing, reporting, and recordkeeping; OSHA’s written programs such as Hazard Communication, Lockout/Tagout, Forklift, Personal Protective Equipment; employee training and management training; accident investigation; and safety audits. Ms. Aloia’s vast understanding of the printing industry in conjunction with her environmental and safety knowledge has made her an asset to the graphic arts industry.

Daniel Flynn is a partner in the Chicago office of Leech Tishman. Dan is chair of the firm’s Environmental, Safety & Toxic Torts (ESTT) Practice Group, where he also chairs the ESTT’s OSHA subgroup. Dan also practices in Leech Tishman’s Litigation and Insurance Coverage & Corporate Risk Mitigation Practice Groups. Dan’s practice focuses on environmental and OSHA litigation and regulatory compliance counseling.
