Would You Buy from You?

Are you afraid to admit your answer is no or not sure?
Then this three part webinar series is designed for you to shed some light on your business vision, ability to differentiate your offerings and to grow your sales. Focus on sales and marketing in 2015!

Designed in three parts…a proven way of adult learning is consecutive sessions that are shorter in nature to bring you maximum learning and value.

Registrants will be asked to pose questions when they register for each segment that they’d like to focus on. These questions will be addressed in the webinars. This will be an interactive virtual peer group — with learning from the instructor but also each other.

Participation and attendance in all three sessions is important as each session builds upon the others. However, we know schedules change; so, the recording will be available to participants each week.

Session One – Direction
Wednesday, January 7, 2015

What is your vision? Where are you now and where are are you going? Where do you want to be? This session will discuss what your worldview is and what others is and how such understanding helps us get to WHY level thinking. This means we will learn to think under the surface (why) not surface level (what’s and how’s) means to our strategy.

Session Two – Alignment
Wednesday, January 14, 2015

This section will be about your brand and how it makes the difference to success online and offline. How do you differentiate yourselves? How are you unique? What mediums do you use online and offline to market yourselves? How do you communicate with customers and create a stand out name for yourselves in a noisy and short attention span world? How clear and consistent are your communications? And finally this session will address “so what, why you, who cares” in terms of what you offer and share tangible ways to overcome this thinking of many buyers.

Session Three – Execution
Wednesday, January 21, 2015

This section covers sales growth. How will your company grow? What people need to be hired? What talent should be assessed? What is working well and what is not? What systems need to change? What successes can be built on? All of this will be reviewed to ensure sales growth from new and existing accounts that is consistent with the branding and vision that were covered in the first two sessions.
