logo-Butler Business Consulting GroupRaising the topic of Performance Metrics can elicit many reactions: Some wish they knew more about it.  Some wish they did it more often.  Others have tried and had bad experiences with incenting the wrong behavior.  Many look at company financials as the way to measure performance. This presentation looks holistically at Performance Management and suggests a set of metrics appropriate for the Printing industry.  Based on the Kaplan-Norton “Balanced Scorecard” Methodology, we will look at key performance metrics in the printing industry and how they may be accurately measured.
