About the Presenter:

After spending years in a corporate environment, Jeff founded a leadership development firm called Compass Coaching & Development in 2007. Through Jeff’s direction, Compass C&D helped companies of all sizes achieve outstanding results, ultimately leading to higher levels of employee engagement, effective and proactive leaders, and overall organizational synergy.

In 2011, Jeff successfully merged Compass C&D with MidwestHR and assumed the role of Director of Marketing & Business Development. MidwestHR is a leader in the PEO industry. They provide various services and resources related to critical, yet time-consuming and often difficult HR-related demands such as payroll, workers’ comp coverage & administration, HR management/compliance, employment law expertise, insurance claims handling, employee orientation, unemployment claim management, and much more.

Jeff earned his degree in Organizational Management from the Northern Illinois University College of Business in DeKalb, IL. When away from the office, Jeff enjoys reading, cooking, running, volunteering, playing poker, and rooting for the Bears, Bulls and Cubs.
