Join us to meet and network with other women in the Wisconsin printing industry and for an inspirational story from our special guest speaker, Julie Newhouse, the president of Ripon Printers in Ripon, WI. Hear about Julie’s successful 30-year career in the printing industry, which propelled her to her appointment as Ripon’s first female president. Her unique perspective comes from management roles in prepress, manufacturing, sales, and customer support.

Tour of Color Ink’s cutting-edge production inkjet facility will follow the meeting. The program includes lunch.

About Our Speaker

Julie Newhouse is the president of Ripon Printers, Ripon, WI. In her role as president, she is responsible for managing Ripon Printers’ executive team as well as further developing a forward looking and customer-centric business strategy that will propel the company well into the future. She was promoted from her former role as Director of Customer Care in June 2018.

Prior to joining Ripon Printers in March 2016, Julie worked for two years at Service Litho-Print, Inc. in Oshkosh, WI, as an estimator and then as estimator-customer support manager. She also previously spent 23 years at Independent Printing Company, De Pere, WI, where she worked her way up from composition coordinator to vice president of manufacturing, and then general manager–custom products value stream.

Julie began her graphic arts career at Western Publishing Company, Racine, WI, in 1987 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology. She also earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
