As a member of the printing industry, you have a unique resource provided by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WIDNR) to help you understand environmental compliance and sustainability resources. Please attend the latest in a series of webinars designed to provide you the latest information for Wisconsin Printers to comply with WIDNR regulations.

In this webinar David will provide an overview of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) rules as they apply to tank systems and the management of spent solvents. Different scenarios will be explored including what regulations apply when spent solvent is managed as a hazardous waste versus management as a hazardous secondary material (HSM). Several resources will be outlined during the presentation, including DNR’s recent publications on HSM.
