Demystifying the Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest
Shipping hazardous waste on a uniform hazardous waste manifest is one part of cradle-to-grave responsibility. Have you ever read the “fine print” in the generator’s certifications? Are you confident that you have accurately described the waste using its proper shipping name and that you have a waste minimization program appropriate for your generator status? What if you see something wrong on a manifest? Join Cheryl Moran of SCS Engineers to break down the individual manifest sections, gain a better understanding or your responsibility, and learn some simple ways to limit your liability.
