Expired Webinar: Wisconsin Storm Water Program

The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources will be presenting an overview of Wisconsin’s Storm Water Program. Topics will include Storm Water Permit applicability related to the printing industry, exclusions (No Exposure Certification) from storm water permitting, requirements to maintain No Exposure Certification (NEC), an overview of the Tier 2 Wisconsin Pollution Discharge Elimination System (WPDES) General Permit for those who do not qualify for NEC, and typical sources of exposure unique to the printing industry.

Through this webinar participants will be introduced to Wisconsin’s Storm Water Program. Additionally, participants will be given information on:

• Wisconsin’s regulatory authority and framework for permitting
• An introduction of the ePermitting System
• An overview of the No Exposure Certification
• An overview of the Tier 2 Wisconsin Pollution Discharge Elimination System (WPDES) General Permit
