This session will provide requirements for waste accumulation, labeling, shipping and transport with an exercise on using a hazardous waste manifest. The session will include an overview on how to prepare for 2020 annual reporting and new rule notification requirements for SQGs and LQGs using the EPA Form 8700-12.

This is the fourth webinar in a series of six to assist Wisconsin Printers with understanding the Wisconsin Hazardous Waste regulations.

About the Presenters:

Amy Walden is a waste management specialist with 29 years of experience in the Environmental Management Division at the WI Department of Natural Resources. She gained her experience in the Superfund, Brownfields, Asbestos and Hazardous Waste Programs. Currently in the hazardous waste program, she provides technical support on complex hazardous waste, special waste and used oil regulatory issues.

Gary Jones is the Director of Environmental, Health, and Safety Affairs for PRINTING United Alliance. PRINTING United Alliance is the largest member-based printing and graphics arts association in the United States that provides resources, programs, education, and research to help printing companies grow their businesses. Gary has over 30 years of experience in helping members understand their compliance requirements and works with regulatory agencies on behalf of the printing industry.
