The Print Industry continues to struggle to find skilled labor at all levels. Join Milton Rogers of Impact Employment as he discusses a long-term strategy for workforce solutions by tapping into nearly 9,000 motivated formerly incarcerated men and women who enter the workforce annually. Increased funding for skills training and education has made returning incarcerated citizens realistically viable for industry talent pipelines, including printing.

Who should Attend:
HR Managers, CEOs, General Managers, Plant Managers and other leaders responsible for recruiting employees.

About the presenter:
Milton Rogers, owner, and founder of Impact Employment LLC. Milton has spent just under a decade working in both Corrections and Workforce Development in Arizona and Wisconsin. During that time, he has developed and managed training programs to upskill individuals for high skilled employment opportunities. Milton has a passion to serve underserved and underrepresented people as well as develop innovative solutions for workforce challenges. Thus, Impact Employment was created, pairing the two. Impact Employment connects motivated job seekers with its client’s vacant positions. Talent is sourced both locally and statewide, as well as before and after a candidate has returned to their community. Milton is also a proud new father to an energetic baby boy and is proud to have been selected to participate in the 2022 cohort for the new Leaders Council in Madison. If we are truly going to make an impact, then we must be willing to blaze a new trail and change the narrative.
