Our capabilities include foil stamping, embossing, die cutting, gluing and folding, laminating, specialist UV coatings, and screen printing.

Role Description

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for building/machine maintenance and repair, electrical repairs and troubleshooting, identifying machine wear, welding and fabricating, using lathes and vertical milling, assisting in the installation of new equipment, etc.

Available Shifts

  • 1st Shift: Monday – Friday (7:00 am – 3:00 pm)
  • 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday (3:00 pm – 11:00 pm) – $0.75/hour differential!
  • Room for flexibility in schedule!

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience performing machine maintenance
  • Strong mechanical skills
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Electrical troubleshooting experience/skills
  • Must furnish own Mechanic set of tools in Metric and Standard
  • Must furnish own locking toolbox

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Knowledge and experience using Mills, Lathes, and Band Saws
  • Mig welding experience
  • Able to read mechanical drawings
  • Diagnose and repair chain-driven and gear-driven equipment
  • Knowledge of how to diagnose and repair electrical control systems on manufacturing equipment. This includes Relay Logic, Photo Eyes, Proximity Switches, Mechanical Switches, and A.C. & D.C. up to 480 VAC 3 phase.
  • Diagnose PLC & HMI – Programming ability is a plus
  • Diagnose and repair A.C & D.C motors and controls, including VFD motors.
  • Able to read mechanical & electrical blueprints
  • Familiar with the National Electric Code (NEC)

Physical Demands

  • Ability to work with heavy machinery
  • Periodic lifting and working in different positions that may include: kneeling, laying, standing, or sitting
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds with or without accommodations
