We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bindery Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional service and support throughout the bindery process.

Your responsibilities will include:

– Interacting with customers to understand their bindery needs and preferences.

– Providing knowledgeable guidance on available bindery options, including materials, finishes, and techniques.

– Managing customer inquiries, orders, and concerns promptly and professionally.

– Coordinating with production teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders.

– Resolving any issues or discrepancies to maintain customer satisfaction.

– Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

– Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a bindery or printing environment.

– Knowledge of bindery processes, materials, and equipment is advantageous.

– Proficiency in relevant software and computer applications.

– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

– A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
