- Recovery. Recovery evaluates the best path for a company to take to reestablish value or leverage their continued success. This includes risk assessments, tax strategies, and financial modeling.
- Stability. Stability establishes the Critical Success Factors and the Key Performance Indicators to monitor. It also reviews cash flow reports, forecasting and budget to variance tracking.
- Growth. Growth discusses options to aid in expanding business, including the potential of using mergers and acquisitions. We will add some discussion points regarding business valuation and its impact. We also will review any existing relief packages that are or have been offered.

Jeff Bronswick
Jeff is the Managing Partner at Bronswick Benjamin. After working with a “Big Four” firm for several years, he joined Reicin Pollack, which would later become Bronswick Benjamin. The firm currently services a variety of clients in manufacturing, distribution, technology, professional services, labor organizations, and employee benefit plans. Jeff prides himself on his unique approach with clients, in that companies and owners need a true business advisor who can assist them as their companies evolve over time and can grow with them. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University, Cum Laude with University Honors, and an MBA from Northern Illinois University as well. His associations include an active Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Member of Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants. Larry Baskin
Larry Baskin is a Principal with Bronswick Benjamin. Larry supports the firm’s overall growth in accounting, tax, business consulting, and M&A. His previous experience includes more than 35 years as an owner of a mid-size accounting firm that was sold to H&R Block in the late 1990s, ultimately becoming a part of McGladrey / RSM. He was a partner in both firms and then became a director in 2010 with McGladrey / RSM in Schaumburg, IL. Larry is a member of the GLGA Illinois Advisory Committee and was President of the Illinois Sales Club. He has spent more than 30 years practicing as an accountant for printing companies and has performed many acquisitions and dispositions of printing companies.
