On April 23, 2024, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) unveiled a new final rule that significantly raises the minimum salary threshold to qualify for certain overtime exemptions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). The rule changes which employees will be entitled to overtime pay and affects employer compensation structures. Join us as we present a GLGA Brief on what the DOL Overtime Rule is now and how it impacts your business.
Legal Briefs are quick, powerful HR programs (15 minutes) followed by as much Q+A time as you need. You can stay just for the presentations or take a deeper dive and ask some questions.
