Expired Indiana State Golf Outing

Date: Wednesday, June 24, 2015

Location: Plum Creek Golf Club, Carmel, IN

Schedule: 

• 12:00 p.m. Check-in begins. Practice range open.
• 12:00 p.m. Lunch served –  outdoor brats and hot dog grill.
• 1:00 p.m. Shotgun start.
• Steak cook-out and prizes follow golf.

Prizes awarded to 1st Place Team, 2nd Place Team, 3rd Place Team, Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive.

Costs:

Golf package include lunch, beverages, greens fees, cart and dinner.

• $125.00 per person
• $500.00 per foursome
• Dinner only – $55.00 per person

4. Register online with a credit card: Single golfers, foursomes, and dinner-only participants may use the registration link below. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE BILLING ADDRESS YOU PROVIDE MATCHES WHAT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY HAS ON FILE FOR YOUR CARD NUMBER.
