 Join your friends from the Great Lakes Graphics Association and the Graphic Communications Guild at White Pines Golf Club & Banquets in Bensenville, IL, for a day of golf, networking, fun, prizes and delicious food!

Schedule: 

• 10:30 a.m. Check-in begins.
• 11:00 a.m. Driving range open (Free for our golfers).
• 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Lunch served.
• 12:00 p.m. Shotgun start. Scramble format.  *** NEW START TIME! ***
• Dinner and prizes follow golf.

Prizes:
All attendees are eligible for the grand prize raffle drawing. This year’s Grand Prize is a Blackstone Table Top Grill. We also have a special Grand Prize from Ryobi MHI / Graphco RMGT, a Mizuno ST-X 220 Hybrid Golf Club. Please complete the grand prize entry portion of your participant ticket and drop it in the designated box at the check-in table.

Raffle prize table with drawing to be held immediately after dinner. Plenty of prizes to win! Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the registration check-in table and throughout the day from the Roaming Raffle Crew.

Silent Auction:
New this year is a silent auction with an exquisite prize: a Buckingham Palace 2015 UK £100 silver coin. Will yours be the winning bid?

Awards will be given for the Putting Contest and for Men and Women’s premium hole games:

• Straightest Drive
• Closest to the Pin
• Longest Putt

Costs:
Golf packages (per person) include greens fees, golf cart, lunch, and dinner.

• Golf package per person:  $185.00
• Foursome:  $700.00
• Dinner only per person: $60.00
• Lunch only per person: $20.00

Hotel:
Coming from out of town? Courtyard by Marriott Elmhurst/Oak Brook (just four miles from the golf club) has reserved a block of hotel rooms for our outing attendees. Our rate is $119 plus tax for a king-bed room (breakfast not included). The rate is good for Tuesday, July 16 and Wednesday, July 17 (you can pick which night or nights you want to stay).

Hotel rooms must be booked on your own through the Marriott website (the golf outing will not accept reservations or payments for hotel rooms).

Attire:
Proper golf attire (shirt with sleeves) must be worn at all times. The club does not allow metal spikes to be worn on the golf course.

This year, we’re celebrating school spirit! Whether you went to the U of I or the School of Hard Knocks, show your school pride by wearing your alma mater’s or favorite school’s colors!

The proceeds from this golf outing support scholarships for deserving students in Illinois who are seeking continuing education in the graphic communications field.
