About our presenter:
Ron Binzley is the Permits and Stationary Source Modeling Section Manager at the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. He has worked for the Air Program in permits for 10 years, with much of his time dedicated to New Source Review permits and policy. Ron earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Columbia University and a PhD in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
