Protect people and planet. Become more resilient. Attract customers and talent. While adopting sustainable business practices can be challenging, many small to medium-sized businesses are opting in to enjoy benefits like these. In this session, we will talk about the climate disclosure regulations, companies affected, and what this may mean for SMEs. We will highlight the benefits of sustainable business practices as well as possible missed opportunities. Finally, we will review practical ways to start taking strides toward sustainable practices and how to start collecting baseline data in preparation to meet customer needs and expectations.
Sustainability Briefs are quick, powerful sustainability programs (10-15 minutes) followed by as much Q+A time as you need. You can stay just for the presentations or take a deeper dive and ask some questions. Sustainability Briefs are held on the third Tuesday of every month at 2:00 p.m. Eastern/1:00 p.m. Central. Recordings are available through GLGA.
