About the Presenters:
Thomas P. Heneghan is a Partner at Husch Blackwell. As a trial lawyer, Tom assists clients facing complex intellectual property and business litigation. He focuses on patent litigation but also represents clients in trademark, copyright and trade secret matters. Tom recently successfully represented several of our members in a nationally consolidated patent infringement lawsuit brought by a non-practicing entity. Tom will act as moderator for this panel of his firm colleagues.
Erik K. Eisenmann is a Partner with Husch Blackwell and is Chair of their Labor & Employment practice group. Clients trust Erik’s ability to offer practical, effective advice on the many labor and employment issues that arise in the workplace. He counsels employers of all sizes, from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies, often helping them draft and enforce employment contracts, restrictive covenants and other workplace agreements.
