Position Overview
You’ll support the movement of materials and finished products from our facility to our customers and partners, ensuring deliveries are accurate, timely, and handled with care. Just as importantly, you’ll serve as a consistent, reliable presence for customers—bringing a professional, approachable, and service-minded attitude to every interaction.
Success in this role means more than completing deliveries. It means creating a dependable experience for customers, supporting internal teams wherever needed, and helping ensure that every project reaches its destination with the same level of care that went into producing it.

- Deliver a consistent and positive customer experience by representing the company with professionalism, reliability, and approachability
- Build trust through everyday interactions, becoming a familiar and dependable point of contact for customers
- Ensure accurate, on-time deliveries while maintaining the quality and condition of all materials
- Support efficient workflow by assisting with other warehouse operations, as needed
- Communicate proactively with internal teams to keep deliveries and expectations aligned
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline systems

Nice-to-have but not required:
- Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or warehouse environments
- Familiarity with routing tools, mobile apps, or inventory/shipping systems
- Experience in a customer-facing role with ongoing in-person interaction
Role requirements:
- Valid Class D/Standard driver’s license (non CDL) and comfort operating a 26 foot box truck
- Current OSHA Forklift Certification
- Ability to safely handle materials and perform the physical aspects of the role (with or without reasonable accommodation)
Reports to: Vice-President of Operations
Job Type: Full-Time (Exempt), On-Site
Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, NO WEEKENDS
Expected Compensation: $41,500-$47,000
