Role Description
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish), creative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Production Staff member to join our commercial printing team. This is an hourly, hands-on position ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in the printing industry, who can multi-task, provide excellent customer service, operate print equipment, and work well in a fast-paced team environment. The role also includes delivery duties, sales support, and occasional marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Prepress:

• Create and modify print-ready designs (flyers, banners, brochures, signs, etc.).
• Use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) to finalize artwork.
• Prepare customer files for production (check resolution, color setup, bleed, etc.).
• Communicate design details clearly in both English and Spanish.

Print Production & Finishing:

• Operate digital and wide-format printing machines (e.g., Konica Minolta, Xante
  envelope Press, Duplo 618, HP, etc).
• Understand basic machine operation and paper handling (types, weights,
  coatings).
• Perform finishing tasks: cutting, folding, laminating, binding, etc.
• Conduct quality control checks and assist with routine equipment maintenance.

Customer Service & Sales Support:

• Greet and assist customers in English and Spanish (in-store, phone, email).
• Guide clients through pricing, print options, file prep, and proofing.
• Support sales by suggesting upgrades, services, or marketing solutions.
• Help create internal promotional and marketing materials.

Delivery & Shop Support:

• Deliver finished print jobs to clients (must have valid driver’s license and clean
  record).
• Package jobs securely and ensure professional delivery.
• Maintain clean, organized production and customer areas.
• Assist with inventory tracking, stock levels, and supply orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial printing environment.
• Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a US based company
• Basic knowledge of digital printing equipment and different types of paper.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Basic skills in sales and marketing.
• Strong public speaking and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be a dependable team player and able to multi-task efficiently.
• Should be able to legally work in USA
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for deliveries).
• Able to lift up to 30-50 lbs and work on your feet occasionally.

Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM
Occasional overtime or weekends during high-demand periods
Local deliveries during work hours, as needed
