Business Development Rep

McAdams Graphics is a family-owned printing company with 40 years of experience and renowned for delivering high-value solutions to its diverse clientele. We are in search of a highly motivated Business Development Representative with experience in direct mail print products, who is driven to succeed and results orientated.  This challenging role requires attributes such as persistence, empathy, creativity, and impeccable communication skills.  We need you to find new customers!

What will your primary responsibilities be at McAdams?

·          New Business! Meet or exceed new business sales goals.

·          Build an Active pipeline by managing the overall sales funnel from lead generation activities to closing business deals.  Research, calls and emails.

·          Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.

·          In addition to acquiring new customers, nurture and fulfill the ongoing needs of existing clients.

·          Work closely with various departments, including Customer Services, Estimating, Scheduling, and Production, to provide outstanding customer service.

·          Attend industry events and trade shows to develop new business relationships and leads.

·          Communicate updates on business trends and/or developing new services, products or distribution channels in the industry.

·          Submit weekly progress reports and manage data accurately in CRM.

Skills and Requirements needed:

·          Bachelor’s degree preferred.

·          Minimum 3 years proven work experience in Direct Mail and Commercial print products.

·          Possess a comprehensive understanding of the Printing industry, materials, markets and competition.

·          Possess creativity for adjusting layouts to assist customers when needed.

·          Highly motivated salesperson who is driven by results and success.

·          Organized and detail orientated

·          Strong work ethic but likes to have fun as well.

·          Great communication, negotiation, and value selling skills.

·          Ability to work well in a team cross-functionally internally and externally.
