Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Printing Estimator/Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Printing Estimating and Planning, with the ability to analyze project specifications and develop accurate cost estimates and job tickets. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, while also maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for printing projects by analyzing specifications and other relevant documents.
- Prepare job tickets for printing projects from provided specifications.
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to gather necessary information for accurate pricing.
- Utilize software tools such as Program Solutions (PSI), FileMaker and Print IQ to create and manage estimates and job tickets effectively.
- Negotiate pricing with merchants and vendors to secure favorable pricing.
- Maintain organized records of documents related to each project.
Experience
- Proven experience in printing estimating/planning, with a strong understanding of the printing process.
- 5+ year experience in printing estimating/planning is a requirement.
- Proficiency in using estimating software and tools, particularly Program Solutions (PSI) or similar applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex specifications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
