Hazardous Waste Generator Improvement Rule

Are you ready to comply with the generator improvement rule? Changes to the hazardous waste regulations have now been adopted by Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. The updated regulations add some responsibilities for marking/labeling and contingency plan elements. The changes also allow for some flexibility for generators, including “episodic” generation. Join SCS Engineers as we review how the changes may impact the printing industry.
