About the Presenter:
Dr. Ralph Williams earned a D.B.A. from Kennesaw State in 2015, a M.B.A. from MTSU in 2002, and a B.S. from MTSU in 1978. Over 25 years, Ralph served as president of three commercial printing companies, holding a major ownership stake in two of those firms. Following, Ralph consulted for multiple companies. Research interests include small business and family business management, mission and goals, and performance measurement. Prior to appointment as an MTSU Assistant Professor of Management in 2015, Ralph served as a MTSU Management Lecturer for six years.
