Company Culture Brief Sessions are quick, powerful programs (15-20 minutes) followed by as much Q+A time as you need. You can stay just for the presentations or take a deeper dive and ask some questions. Company Culture Brief sessions will be held on the second Thursday of every month at 1:30 Eastern/12:30 p.m. Central.

This Month’s Topic: As experienced print professionals approach retirement, their knowledge remains one of the industry’s most valuable assets. This culture brief explores how flexible schedules, mentoring roles, project-based work, and phased transitions can help companies retain expertise, support workforce continuity, and create meaningful next chapters for seasoned employees.

About the Presenter:
Kelly Mallozzi is the president of Success In Print. She is active in Girls Who Print, an expert in LinkedIn for sales reps, and a frequent presenter for the Affiliates. Kelly’s background in onboarding, culture change and experience with educating the next generation of print has been extremely valuable in helping owners and managers to enact positive change in companies.
