About our presenter:
Lola Hoon has worked in the Waste and Materials Management Program of the DNR for over five years and leads the program’s team of License, Reporting & Compliance Specialists. Her roles include RCRAInfo data administration, the coordination of landfill and non-landfill solid waste facility reporting, and transporter licensing, and she develops protocols for the use of data-driven tools to identify potential compliance issues or concerns statewide. Whether it’s helping an individual correct their paperwork or auditing hazardous waste shipments to identify potentially noncompliant hazardous waste generators, Lola approaches all tasks with the core DNR values of integrity, professionalism, respect, and excellent customer service.
