Marketing Briefs are quick, powerful programs (15-20 minutes) followed by as much Q+A time as you need. You can stay just for the presentations or take a deeper dive and ask some questions. Marketing Briefs are held on the first Thursday of every month at 1:30 p.m. Eastern/12:30 p.m. Central.

This Month’s Topic: In this 15-minute marketing brief, we’ll show printers how to use an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to sharpen positioning, clarify messaging, and focus campaigns and messaging on the right audiences. You’ll learn how to translate your “best customers” into concrete ICP criteria you can use for targeting, content planning, email and social campaigns, and co-marketing with partners. You’ll leave with a simple checklist to bring back to your team so every channel points at the same high-value customer segments.
