Chris McNarney has been in the IT field for 20 years, with the last 10 doing independent HRIS talent management consulting. He has extensive experience implementing talent management solutions at companies of all different sizes.
Melody Clinton has been in the HR field for over 12 years. Her experience at both domestic and global companies in HR Generalist, business partnership and HR Operations roles has allowed her to gain extensive knowledge on how performance management works across many populations of employees.
