Company Culture Brief Sessions are quick, powerful programs (15-20 minutes) followed by as much Q+A time as you need. You can stay just for the presentations or take a deeper dive and ask some questions. Company Culture Brief sessions will be held on the second Thursday of every month at 1:30 Eastern/12:30 p.m. Central.

This Month’s Topic: Gen Z isn’t “difficult”. They’re different. This 15‑minute brief breaks down five essentials aspects younger employees expect: Let’s dispense with the “young people don’t want to work” nonsense and lean in to the opportunities to fold them into our companies in ways that benefit everyone.

About the Presenter:
Kelly Mallozzi is the president of Success In Print. She is active in Girls Who Print, an expert in LinkedIn for sales reps, and a frequent presenter for the Affiliates. Kelly’s background in onboarding, culture change and experience with educating the next generation of print has been extremely valuable in helping owners and managers to enact positive change in companies.
