Binderyonics is growing, and we’re looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our customer service, bindery and mailing team. If you take pride in quality work and like seeing a job through from press sheet to finished product, we’d like to meet you.

Open positions:

• Customer Service Representatives: Be the link between our clients and the production floor. You’ll track job status, answer questions, and help keep deadlines on schedule.
• Stitcher Operators: Set up and run saddle stitchers. You’ll adjust pockets, heads, and trimmers, and keep quality consistent through the whole run.
• Cutter Operators: Run Heidelberg cutters. You’ll read job tickets, follow cut layouts accurately, and keep the work area safe.
• Folder Operators: Set up and run folders for a range of fold types and paper stocks. You’ll troubleshoot jams and check that folds are accurate.
• Packers: Count, band, box, and label finished jobs. You’ll check quality and get orders ready for shipping or mailing on time.

What we’re looking for:

• Bindery or print experience is a plus, but we will train the right people
• A strong eye for detail and quality
• Reliability and punctuality
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs (production roles)
• Good communication and computer skills (Customer Service)
