Working Hours
As an Exempt employee, hours will change as work is needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain and own the company’s job cost system.
• Calculate and maintain the company’s cost rates.
• Calculate and monitor Customer Profitability.
• Maintain the machine rates.
• Work with production supervisors to optimize output through a series of KPI’s.
• Lead various project teams on Continuous Improvement goals.
• Other projects and duties assigned by the CFO as needed.
• Provide backup as needed for other team members.

Human Resources/Payroll:
• Responsible for the preparation of the company’s payroll.
• Responsible for confidentiality of maintaining employee files.
• Responsible for maintaining the companies HR portal with appropriate time off balances.
• Recruits open positions through Job Posting Boards and initial resume review.
• Coordinates New Hire Drug Screen and Orientation.
• Facilitates Exit Interviews and reviews with Managers.
• Leading employee engagement in various programs throughout Imperial.

Educational Background and Experience:
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and an ERP system.
• EFI Pace Experience is a plus.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance or MBA.
• 3+ Years’ experience in a related field. Preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Independence: A self-starter with the ability to work efficiently on their own.

Work Environment:
Office setting, at a desk.
