Sales Coordinator

Role Overview

The sales coordinator is responsible for supporting the Sales team to create and maintain a trustworthy relationship with our valued clients by providing courteous, knowledgeable and timely responses to customer inquiries. This includes following and enforcing the terms of the contract, processing transactions, and internally coordinating all customer orders and initiatives. Other tasks involve production coordinator to assist with Microsoft AX software.

What you’ll be doing:

Develops and maintains a relationship with the client, understanding customer requirements and expectations
Responds to all customer inquiries regarding delivery, specifications, order expediting, etc. in a timely manner
Communicates and implements all terms of sales contract and company policies (i.e. freight, minimum order, returns, etc.)
Collaborates harmoniously with internal manufacturing and support staff, throughout the order fulfillment and problem resolution process for customers, including: logistics, quality issues, credit collection and management, etc.
Ensures ongoing customer satisfaction and resolves any complaints.

Experience and Skills needed

Two years minimum experience in a manufacturing environment: envelopes, printing, packaging, or paper converting is preferred.
Highly organized and detail oriented for a fast paced, constantly changing environment
Excellent writing abilities and phone manner to interact professionally and courteously with clients/coworkers
Excellent computer skills required in MSOffice, Microsoft AX experience an asset or an ERP system.
Effective time management skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities

Salary: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
