As an S. Walter Packaging Group Company, LPI provides: Offset printing, Foil Stamping, Embossing, Digital Enhancement, Die Cutting, Folding and Gluing, Rigid Box manufacturing, and Fulfillment. This is an On-Site position at our New Berlin, WI facility.
Qualifications
As a Bobst Die Cutter Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the precision and quality of our die-cutting operations. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining the Bobst die cutting machine, producing high-quality die-cut products for our customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Proven experience operating a Bobst die cutter or similar machinery.
- Strong understanding of die-cutting processes and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
Responsibilities
- Operate the Bobst die-cutting machine efficiently and safely.
- Set up and adjust machine parameters to meet production specifications.
- Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the die-cutting machine.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
