Job Responsibilities

·    Deliver superior customer service to our clients and communicate project specifications.

·    Provide accurate information when writing detailed job tickets.

·    Place initial purchase orders for supplies required to complete the project.

·    Initiate and monitor all work orders through the entire production process ensuring the highest quality product is delivered.

·    Update Sales staff on the status of current work orders.

·    Provide timely project updates to ensure customer changes are communicated and captured for accurate billing.


·    Must be able to manage multiple complex projects within fast-paced team environment.

·    Candidate will be very detail orientated and demonstrate excellent organization and planning skills.

·    Position will need proficient computer skills such as working in email, handling attachments, organizing files and other windows based application.

·    Must be a team player and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with multiple departments within the organization.

·    Ability to manage third-party vendors effectively in order to keep project time line moving as scheduled.
