We began as a small label paper distributor serving commercial printers and have grown to service a variety of markets and industries. We are currently seeking an Accounting Manager to continue our growth of our company.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Overseeing/handling accounting operations including AP, AR, and general ledger entries
- Reconciling sales taxes, payroll taxes, bank accounts, general ledger accounts
- Responsible for Payroll processing (payroll performed by an outside company)
- Monitoring financial transactions and reports
- Ensuring prompt and accurate month-end / year end procedures
- Working with outside accounting film to prepare financial statements / reports
- Some HR responsibility – overseeing medical plan and 401k retirement plan
- Managing 1 full time assistant
Company runs Microsoft Business Central software
