The AC is the client contact and liaison between our internal team and the client. This position manages all phases of development, execution and ongoing project management duties as well as job auditing, status updates, scheduling, tracking documentation, customer billing, and problem resolution in a fast-paced, high stress environment. Project management duties include client communication, information gathering, interpretation of needs, and preparation and dissemination of instructions. The AC is also responsible for internal and external follow up with vendors, programming, data processing, and print and mail production for new and established projects.
Coordinate all aspects of direct mail and transactional mail projects that include data/presort processing, offset and variable data printing, programming and layout, lettershop and bindery, and Postal requirements.
Write and submit accurate work orders and job instructions on time.
Field questions from production team about projects.
Fulfill all internal and client reporting requirements.
Maintain quality control standards and monitor job progress to insure work is being completed according to these standards and according to the customer specifications.
Develop and communicate schedules internally and with client
Invoice projects in an accurate manner within the timeframe required.
Experience and Skills Required
2+ years experience in the print and mail industry or related field.
Previous experience specifically in direct mail, database marketing or statement processing a plus
Associate Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, Programming, Project Management or related area.
Organized, detail-oriented, solution-oriented, collaborative, adaptable/flexible, positive, proactive, and personable.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Highly organized with good time management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a changing environment
