The printing industry is changing rapidly and the need to cost effectively train and develop production employees is becoming a greater challenge for all companies. Whether it is sheetfed, web offset and flexographic press operators or bindery and finishing employees, the industry’s need to find and train qualified workers is increasing.

However, GLGA has resources for you. This one-day workshop is designed to introduce necessary skills to effectively train others on the job or in a classroom setting at your organization. The following five key components of instruction will be presented:

– Managing a situation that involves resistance
