Please join GLGA for the latest Profit Matters webinar – the Great Lakes Graphics Association’s effort to address all issues regarding profitability in the print industry.

Financial Benchmarking has long been a tool of top performing printers as a way to find and maintain a competitive advantage. In fact, most top performers refer to this tool as a “road map to success,” yet most printers are unsure of how to incorporate this beneficial tool into their own business. This webinar will give you examples on how to calculate your own comparable ratios and how to interpret them so that you can make informed decisions about your own company. Make sure to have an idea of your company’s annual sales volume, before tax profit, number of full-time equivalent employees, and number of full-time equivalent factory employees for you to do your own calculations during the presentation.
