After three years of hard fought legislative sessions, the Great Lakes Graphics Association is pleased to announce that the Illinois Graphic Arts sales tax exemption has finally been restored. Illinois law has now established a permanent sales tax exemption for graphic arts and printing equipment and has reclassified printers as manufacturers.

This webinar will review the new exemption, what’s covered, what’s not, what the new manufacturer classification means, and how graphic arts companies should handle their purchases going forward. Additionally, we will hear a report from GLGA Illinois Director Bill Gibson about what’s next on the legislative front.

Who Should Attend:

CFOs, accounting staff, purchasing staff, and sales representatives from graphic arts production companies, equipment manufacturers, and graphic arts suppliers with operations in Illinois.
