About the Speakers:

Meg Kubisch is a strategic risk advisor for McCloneHR at McClone. As an HR professional with over 25 years of experience in a variety of environments, Meg’s clients benefit from her extensive knowledge and creative approach to many of the challenges companies face today. Meg specializes in identifying improvements in productivity, reducing turnover and hiring and retaining the best talent – all to reduce expenses and enhance organizational efficiency.

Jeff Miles is a strategic risk advisor at McClone and is responsible for assisting individuals and businesses in protecting their financial futures. Through education and comprehensive planning, he works with clients to ensure their legacies and businesses continue as intended. With over 20 years of experience, Jeff utilizes a variety of insurance products and strategies in developing and implementing financial risk management plans to protect his clients.

Dustin McClone is executive vice president at McClone and oversees the strategic direction of the company. Prior to joining McClone, he worked as a group sales representative for one of the largest reinsurers in the country with a focus on large employer self-funded health plans. Dustin holds his bachelor’s degree with a double major in finance and economics, in addition to a minor in psychology, from Marquette University. Dedicated to making significant, positive impacts in local communities throughout Wisconsin, Dustin founded the United Way Fox Cities Emerging Leaders program, which raises more than $500,000 annually for the not-for-profit organization. He is also Campaign Co-Chair for the 2017-2018 United Way Fox Cities Community Campaign and serves as a director of the Boys & Girls Club of the Fox Valley and as a trustee for St. Mary’s Catholic School System..
